You are now watching: Lower eyelid reconstruction with a a Mustardé rotational cheek flap

A 71 years old man with a five years history of recurrent basal cell carcinoma of the left lower eyelid.
Under general anesthesia, the entire lower eyelid was resected. Reconstruction of the posterior lamella was performed with a conjunctival advancement flap. The reconstruction of the lower eyelid was performed with a Mustardé rotational cheek flap.
